Return & Replacement Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or any reason other than product damage or defect.
Damaged or Defective Items Only
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not working properly
- Incorrect item received

- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
👉 A replacement will be provided
❌ No refunds will be issued in any case
Important Conditions
- The item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable)
- Claims must be genuine and verifiable with evidence
- We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Minor variations (color difference, size perception, etc.)
- Sale items or gift cards
Replacement Process
If your replacement is approved:
- We will provide instructions for return (if required)
- A replacement item will be shipped after verification
